Based on my knowledge, there appears to be only one Andre Spencer who played in the NBA:

Andre Devell Spencer (1964-2020) was a 6'6" forward who played for three NBA teams during his short career (1992-1994) - the Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors, and Sacramento Kings.

While there isn't widely reported "interesting fact" about him, the fact that he went undrafted in 1986 and still managed to carve out a niche for himself in the NBA for a few seasons is a testament to his perseverance.
