To date, there's only one player named Allie McGuire in NBA history:

Alfred C. "Allie" McGuire (born 1951): Drafted by the New York Knicks in the 3rd round of the 1973 NBA draft, Allie played for the Knicks that same year.

The interesting thing about Allie is his family lineage. His father, Al McGuire, was a legendary college basketball coach, and his uncle, Dick McGuire, was a player for the Detroit Pistons who won NBA championships in the 1950s.  Despite the family's basketball pedigree, Allie's NBA career was brief.
